"Emerson, Lake & Palmer" as Deluxe Edition and on vinyl "Emerson, Lake & Palmer" is the first album by the legendary progressive rock supergroup of the same name. In 2016, this long player was reissued, completely remastered as an LP and double CD with additional highlights. Emerson, Lake & Palmer" was originally released in 1970. The album is not a collaborative effort. Most of the songs are arrangements of classic songs or solos by individual band members. The album reached number four in the UK album chart and number seven in Germany. The double CD (Deluxe Edition) and LP contain a high-density 24-bit remaster of the original album. The Deluxe Edition bonus CD also includes an alternate stereo mix from 2012 by star producer Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) and four bonus tracks from the original recordings and four alternate versions. The deluxe edition is accompanied by an extensive booklet featuring recent interviews with Greg Lake and the recently deceased Keith Emerson. Along with "Emerson, Lake & Palmer", the albums "Tarkus" and "Pictures At An Exhibition" are also being released in remastered and expanded versions.
