If for any reason you do not want to keep the purchased goods, you can send them back to us within 14 days after receiving the shipment. To return the goods, please fill in our simple form, where you can also select the return shipping method. Please send the goods undamaged, in their original packaging and with all the parts they came with. If the cardboard packaging is damaged, please use other suitable packaging material. Please clearly mark the parcel with your order number.
If you wish to exchange the goods for another one(either within the 14 day period or in the event of a claim), it is easiest for us to place a new order for the goods you require. Please choose to pay by bank transfer and you do not need to pay the amount yet. Then please fill in form to return the goods and inform us to which order we should add payment for the returned goods.
In case your new vinyl skips, please make sure that:
It is cleaned and dust-free
There is no visible dirt at the skipping point (even a freshly opened record may contain small removable specks from the factory)
You turntable is properly set (balanced tonearm and antiskating correctly set)
You have a clean and undamaged needle
If you have the opportunity, please try to play the vinyl on another turntable. In our experience, half of the time it is a problem with the machine rather than the record, and unfortunately we cannot accept these claims. Thank you.
If there was a mistake on our part and the goods arrived damaged, you were delivered something other than what you ordered, or you are sure that the fault is not with your player, please fill in this simple warranty claim form. The goods will be then replaced at our expense.
