Here you will find a summary of the most common questions we encounter. Before you contact us, you can see if the answer to your question is in this list.


To view the current status of your order, click on the large green "Detailed Order Status" button included in most of our emails : Order status in the email button In the overview you will find your payment details, the current status of your order and the availability of individual items. Order processing procedure You will find out in the order item overview if we have not yet stocked all the items you have ordered. Here you can also find out more detailed information about the availability of specific items, such as the release date of a reissue or the tracking of a shipment that is on its way from our supplier. Status of backordered items If you have a customer account, you can track all your orders by logging into our customer section.

In the overview of your order (see "What is the status of my order?"), click on the "Edit order contents" button in the top right corner: Edit order button In the following order edit you have the option to "Add item": Add item to the order button Once clicked, you will be presented with a search window in which you can search for any item and then simply drag and drop it into your order: Adding an item to an order Once you are satisfied with your order, be sure to click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page: Confirm changes in the order button You can just as easily remove items from your order. Just drag the unwanted item from your order to the trash bin in the top right corner of the page.

We recommend that you first read our article about goods return. For the return we ask you to fill in warranty claim form.

You can buy new and second hand vinyl records on our website. You can recognize used goods by grading of the record and cover according to goldmine standard. For new goods we indicate in the grading status "New". You can choose between buying a new and a second-hand item by simply clicking on the desired option: New vs. used vinyl record

Please check everything carefully, for example whether you have not ordered a CD instead vinyl. We all make mistakes. If the content really does not match the order, we apologize and ask you to fill in warranty claim form. The replacement will be of course at our expense.

We will be happy to accept a claim for a new record in the following or other reasonably serious cases:

The record skips (as a reference we use our stock turntable with weight on the headshell 1,75 g)
The record has noticeable noise in quiet parts or between tracks
The edge of the record has factory scuffs
The eccentricity of the record is greater than 2 mm
The eccentricity of the centre target is greater than 5 mm
The record is warped and is sticking out on the turntable
The record sleeve has bent or bumped corners

Be sure to contact us, and if it is about delivery by Zásilkovna/Packeta, please also contact the carrier. Unfortunately, Zásilkovna/Packeta does not treat its partners as kindly as the recipients of the shipment and the situation is often only resolved when the customer contacts the carrier.
