"Deliverance" původně vyšlo 27. září 1994 jako následovník alba "Blind" (1991).

Nahrávalo se v letech 1993 až 1994 společně s producentem Johnem Custerem. "Deliverance" bylo prvním albem skupiny Corrosion Of Conformity, na kterém vedle kytaristy Woodyho Weathermana, baskytaristy Mikea Deana a bubeníka Reeda Mullina zpíval kytarista Pepper Keenan. Byla to také jejich první nahrávka pro Columbia Records. Jako singly kapela vydala písně "Albatross", "Broken Man", "Clean My Wounds" a "Seven Days".

"Deliverance" vyjde v roce 2022 jako dvojitá LP deska.
