Concert highlights from the archives On August 13, 2021, Deep Purple fans have two reasons to celebrate: the rock legends will release two concert albums, "Live In London 2002" and "Live In Wollongong 2001", from the Soundboard series, which uses rare concert footage from the band's archives. Several of these recordings have previously been released in fan club editions. Others will be available for the first time. All recordings have been remastered to ensure optimal sound quality. The recording of "Live In London 2002" was made on February 22, 2002 at the famous Hammersmith Apollo in London. The album is available on a double CD digipack and as a 3-LP set. For the first time ever, one of the most memorable concerts in Deep Purple's decade-long history - "Live In London 2002" - is being released on vinyl and CD. This show is one of the last shows the band played with Jon Lord before he was replaced by Don Airey a little later. The sound has been painstakingly restored from the original 48-track digital tapes. With a complete remix and remastered recording, fans will enjoy the show as if they were live in the British capital 19 years ago. The track list can be found below.
