The Doors: The Soft Parade version on vinyl LP in Standard edition. This particular edition was published in Europe in publishing company Elektra in cooperation with Rhino Vinyl on 30. August 2012.

The classic celebrates 50 years Since the release of The Doors' legendary studio album "The Soft Parade", 50 years have passed. To mark this extraordinary anniversary, 50th Anniversary Deluxe Editions will be released in 2019. "The Soft Parade" is the fourth album by the rock legends. Originally released in July 1969, it is considered by many fans to be an outlier due to the horns and strings arrangement. Despite this, it reached number six on the US charts. For the reissue, the tracks were remastered by longtime Doors sound engineer and mixer Bruce Botnick. In addition to the standard CD, "The Soft Parade (50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)" is available as an expanded set with three CDs and an LP. The CDs include the remastered original studio album and the bonus track "Who Scared You" on the B-side of the single. In addition, reduced versions of "Doors Only" with the horns and strings arrangements removed are available: "Who Scared You", "Tell All The People", "Touch Me", "Wishful Sinful" and "Runnin' Blue". The latter three feature new guitar parts by Robby Krieger. Other highlights include three songs from studio rehearsals with Ray Manzarek (aka Screamin' Ray Daniels) on vocals, including an early version of "Roadhouse Blues". The tracks feature new bass parts recorded by Robert DeLeo of Stone Temple Pilots. Last but not least, you're in for the first official release of the full jam album "Rock Is Dead". The 180g LP features the original album with liner notes by rock journalist David Fricke. A reissued classic, the Birthday Edition, which provides an interesting take on the legendary album: here's "The Soft Parade (50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)" by The Doors.
