Tento box set pokračuje v chronologickém vydávání oficiálních nahrávek Neila Younga, remasterovaných tam, kde existují analogové pásky. Čtvrtý díl, vydaný jako box se 4 LP a 4 CD, obsahuje Hawks & Doves z roku 1980 (ORS 13), Re*Ac*Tor (s Crazy Horse) z roku 1981 (ORS 14), This Notes for You z roku 1988 (ORS 20) a Eldorado z roku 1989 (ORS 21). Tato alba uzavírají období 1982-1987, kdy Neil nahrával pro Geffen Records, proto ta nepokračující čísla ORS.

Toto je první oficiální vinylové vydání pětistopého minialba Eldorado (dříve vyšlo pouze na CD v Austrálii a Japonsku) a obsahuje dvě velmi žádané skladby "Cocaine Eyes" a "Heavy Love".

Vinyly Hawks & Doves, Re*Ac*Tor a This Notes for You byly remasterovány z původních analogových pásů Chrisem Bellmanem v Bernie Grundman Mastering. Vinyl Eldorado byl masterován z digitálního masteru 44/16.
