The Lost Album It's a complete sensation: the Neil Young album "Homegrown" is being released in 2020, 46 years after it was recorded. To give you an idea: "Homegrown" was recorded between 1974 and 1975. But Young decided not to release it. He recorded 12 songs for the record, including seven previously unreleased tracks: "Separate Ways," "Try," "Mexico," "Kansas," "We Don't Smoke It No More," "Vacancy" and the spoken word track "Florida." The songs "Homegrown", "White Line", "Little Wing", "Love Is A Rose" and "Star Of Bethlehem" appeared on later albums of this rock legend. In the studio, he received musical help on several songs from Ben Keith (including pedal steel, dobro and vocals), Tim Drummond (bass), Levon Helm (drums), Karl T. "Homegrown" was recorded analogue and now restored for release by John Hanlon and mastered by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering. A piece of musical history, a treasure from the archives: Neil Young's lost album is finally out. Here's "Homegrown".
