The vinyl edition of The Power to Believe features the expanded 2019 version on sides 1-3, including the Sustayn-Z Suit. Side 4 features 8 tracks from the mini-album Happy with what you have to be Happy with. Since the album is three sides of vinyl, it was decided to add additional material and release it as a double album.
