For more than 60 years the name MORRICONE has stood for quality and atmospheric film music. At the beginning of his career, the composer became famous for his musical contributions to various Italian-Western films. In addition to horror film scores, he also wrote soundtracks for major mainstream Hollywood films. His greatest achievements undoubtedly include The Untouchables, Django Unchained, Two Famous Villains and most recently The Hateful 8. Now, nearly a year after his death, the legendary 2010 Arena Di Verona (Italy) concert is being released posthumously for the first time on black double vinyl. In the famous arena, MORRICONE was backed by a multi-voice choir and symphony orchestra. The track list consists of best of that winds its way through the entire work, including gems from MISSION, ONCE UPON A TIME IN AMERICA, CINEMA PARADISO and THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY.
