Def Leppard's debut album "High 'N' Dry" was released in 1981. The album was produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange and recorded at London's famous Abbey Road studios. The album was a commercial success, reaching number 11 on the UK album chart and number 38 on the US Billboard 200. The album's lead single, "Bringin' On the Heartbreak", reached number 38 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The second single from the album, "Switch 625", reached number 62 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The third single from the album, "Too Late for Love", charted at number 33 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The fourth and final single from the album, "Photograph", charted at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. The album "High 'N' Dry" was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
