"Blur: 13" is the sixth studio album by the English rock band Blur, released on 15 March 1999. The album marks a significant departure from the Britpop style that had brought them fame in the mid-1990s, moving towards more experimental and diverse musical directions. Produced by William Orbit, "13" features a variety of styles ranging from gospel-inspired rock to electronic and ambient sounds.
