The slim profile of the Fine Line stylus will also track the highest frequency information, making it a must-have for discerning listeners. Its larger footprint also ensures less distortion and wear on the recording.
- The body of the transducer is made of Hopelex, an environmentally friendly material that provides high rigidity while eliminating unwanted resonances.
- The 2M Bronze uses a specially enhanced motor that features split-pole pins and silver-plated copper wire.

We have optimized the design for ease of installation and the weight and size to suit the most common turntables on the market today. The 2M series provides excellent compatibility when used in an assortment of playback systems and with a wide range of phono preamplifiers.
The 2M series was developed in collaboration with Danish industrial designer Møller Jensen Design - the same designer who designed the award-winning MC Jubilee and Kontrapunkt series. Inspired by the facets of a diamond whose contours gracefully follow the grooves on the surface of the vinyl, the handsome elegance of the 2M model creates a great combination of form and function.
The name 2M was chosen from several ideas. We wanted a modern name that was easy to pronounce and remember, so an alphanumeric name was chosen. 2M stands for MM, which stands for Moving Magnet.
