How does it work when you are about to order?

Pokud jste si vybrali produkt, který je u nás dražší než u konkurence a je označený značkou 'Garance nejlepší ceny', zašlete nám odkaz na produkt konkurence a my vám zašleme slevový kód na nákup u nás. Slevový kód můžete uplatnit v košíku před dokončením objednávky. Slevový kód nelze kombinovat s dalšími slevovými kódy ani poukazy.

How does it work if you have already ordered?

If you have already ordered the product, the procedure is similar. Only you will be given a discount with a voucher for your next purchase. You can redeem the voucher in your cart before completing your next order. The voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes or vouchers.

What are the conditions?

2. According to the Competition Protection Act, goods may not be sold below their purchase price.
3. Prices must be valid and available in stock at the time of comparison (both at the same time).
4. The guarantee applies only to Czech e-shops. Foreign e-shops (and those based outside the Czech Republic) are not covered by our guarantee.
5. The compared goods has to be identical - including material, size, colour and other parameters. The guarantee does not apply to goods that are damaged or used.
6. The competition price has to be quoted in Czech currency (CZK) including all charges (packing, shipping, etc.).
