British Classical Composer and Conductor

Sir George Dyson (1883–1964) was a significant English composer and educator, known for his contribution to classical music in the early to mid-20th century. He studied at the Royal College of Music in London and later at the Hoch Conservatory in Frankfurt. His compositions span a variety of genres, including choral works, symphonies, and chamber music. Dyson's style was influenced by the Romantic tradition as well as English folk music, which is evident in some of his compositions.
