The Rolling Stones: Undercover version on vinyl LP in Remastered edition. This particular edition was published in Europe and USA in publishing company Rolling Stones Records on 26. June 2020.

For the album "Undercover", the Stones recorded ten dewy songs, responding to the evolving world of the MTV era in 1983. After a decade of Jagger and Richards aka The Glitter Twins performing on their own, they even brought in an outside producer: Chris Kimsey, the sound engineer for their last three or four albums. Kimsey has also worked with Killing Joke, New Model Army, The Chieftains, The Psychedelic Furs, INXS and Duran Duran. The recording sessions stretched on for almost a year. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards clashed again and again. Jagger wanted to continue exploring new musical terrain with the Stones. Richards, meanwhile, had "come clean" and wanted to return to the Stones' rock and blues roots. The result was a fierce blend of hard rock, reggae, pop, soul and new wave, which Jagger accompanied with searing, sometimes harsh lyrics. On "Undercover," the band expanded its stylistic palette one last time, and its 23rd studio album became the most controversial Stones album of all time. Rolling Stone hailed "Undercover" as a masterpiece: "This record explains why the Stones have stayed on top for so long. 'Undercover' is rock 'n' roll without apology."
