The Silent Side After Liam Gallagher released the "Acoustic Sessions" EP with six songs from the MTV Unplugged concert in early 2020, but only digitally, the album is finally coming out on CD and vinyl. The record is called "Liam Gallagher: MTV Unplugged (Live At Hull City Hall)". The title is revealing: the concert was recorded on August 3, 2019 at Hull City Hall in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, England. The British singer, musician and younger of the Oasis brothers played an approximately one-hour set with a total of ten songs. In addition to his own hits such as "Wall of Glass", "Gone" and "Now That I Found You", he also played Oasis classics "Champagne Supernova", "Some Might Say" and for the first time ever "Sad Song" in an unplugged version. Gallagher was backed on stage by the 24-piece Urban Soul Orchestra and was joined by the band's rhythm guitarist Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs for the Oasis tracks.
