'Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1' is, as the title reveals, the first part of a double album. Part two will follow in the fall of 2019. The follow-up to "What Went Down" (2015) shows Foals continuing to work on perfecting their signature sound and hitting the right notes between indie and math rock. Singer Yannis Philippakis and co. already revealed exactly what it sounds like in the first single "Exits". With "Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1," they send Foals into the battle for indie rock album of 2019, the first of two. Great prospects.
