Kombinací glamu a popu si Extreme vydobyli mezeru, kterou podpořilo velké množství písní "More Than Words" a "Hole Hearted" na MTV. Album vypráví širší příběh než oba hity: silný glam se sóly jako z jiného světa jsou chlebem tohoto alba.
