Elvis Presley: That's The Way It Is DIGI version on 2CD in digipack edition. This particular edition was published in Europe in publishing company RCA in cooperation with Legacy on 5. August 2014.

The recording "Elvis: That's The Way It Is", originally released in November 1970, contains eight studio tracks recorded in Nashville and four live performances Elvis gave as part of his 1970 "Summer Festival" performance at the International Hotel in Las Vegas. Elvis was on a roll and had big plans - including a movie and a studio in Nashville. When Elvis arrived at RCA's Studio B in Nashville on June 4, 1970, producer Felton Jarvis put together a hot new session band with guitar legend James Burton. Over five nights, recordings were made for at least three future albums and four singles, including "Elvis: That's The Way It Is". 2CD Legacy Edition of the studio/live album "That's The Way It Is", released in conjunction with the 1970 documentary film of the same name. The Legacy Edition impressively shows how Elvis transformed from pop idol to consummate rock 'n' roll showman at the beginning of this decade. In 1970, the King took Las Vegas by storm.
