Cocteau Twins: Treasure version on vinyl LP in Remastered edition. This particular edition was published in Europe in publishing company 4AD on 16. March 2018.

After bassist Will Heggie split with Liz Fraser (vocals) and Robin Guthrie (guitar, bass, drums), the Cocteau Twins released their second album "Head Over Heels" in 1983. It remains the only work recorded by the duo; Simon Raymonde (bass, guitar, piano) co-recorded "Treasure" and remained with the group, which was formed in 1980 in Grangemouth, Scotland, until its dissolution in 1998. The record dealer and former bandmate of Drowning Craze once introduced the Cocteau Twins to Ivo Watts-Russell, owner of the independent label 4AD, which was founded in 1980. The LP "Treasure", released in 1984, was produced by Guthrie himself. It contains the tracks "Lorelei", "Ivo" and "Persephone", three classics that are not missing from any CT collection. "Pitchfork" magazine included the album in its "100 Best Albums of the 80s" list and justified its decision by saying: "'Treasure' has a simple enough name. An adjective for the endlessly inventive melodic lines you'll find in these songs, and a verb for what you'll do with them in the years to come." The remastered reissue is out on 180gram vinyl with a download code.
