Kicking off with the platinum-selling "Strikes," this collection features five of Florida rockers Blackfoot's best-selling albums. All of the original albums in this collection were released between 1979 and 1984, when the band was led by Rickey Medlock, now known as the guitarist for Lynyrd Skynyrd. The album "Strikes" features the American hits "Highway Song" and "Train, Train", which made the Top 40: the first of a series of three albums of classic songs, including the excellent single "Fly Away" on the Marauder album. Each album offers something unique. The hard rock anthem "Send Me An Angel" on the album "Siogo" showcases the band's successful experimentation with synthesizers.
