Nizozemská eurodanceová skupina 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor vznikla v roce 1990, kdy bratři Bobby a Martin Boerovi začali experimentovat s hudbou v malé ložnici v bytě svých rodičů ve čtvrtém patře. V letech 1995 a 1996 2 Brothers on the 4th Floor navázali na úspěch singlů "Fly (Through the Starry Night)", "Come Take My Hand" a "Fairytales" a změnili svůj styl na happy hardcore, který se dostal na přední příčky hitparád v různých evropských zemích. Na konci roku 1996 skupina vydala singl "There's a Key" a své druhé studiové album "2".

"2" je poprvé k dispozici na vinylu, a to v limitované edici 1000 jednotlivě číslovaných kopií na křišťálově čistém vinylu. Obsahuje remixy od Ferryho Corstena a Charlyho Lownoise & Mental Thea.
