Label owned by Paul Oakenfold and founded in 1989. Spencer Baldwin was in charge of A&R. Stuart Dashwood head of A&R Was distributed by Warner Music between 1994 and 1998 until Paul Oakenfold moved distribution to Mushroom UK in 1998. At this point, catalogue numbers starting again at PERF001. Following Warner Music's acquisition of Mushroom UK in 2003, all releases distributed by Mushroom transferred into the ownership of Warner Music (who also own the Perfecto back catalogue from 1994-1998. Joined forces with Armada Music B.V. in 2010, who process all the administration for the label. Perfecto is not a sublabel of Armada Music B.V. Also shown as Perfecto Records on some releases.
