The Fray is an American rock band from Denver, Colorado, formed in 2002 by lead vocalist and pianist Isaac Slade and guitarist Joe King. The band achieved national success with their 2005 debut album, "How to Save a Life," which featured the hit singles "Over My Head (Cable Car)" and the title track "How to Save a Life." The latter became a chart-topping hit and garnered global recognition, significantly impacting their career. Following the success of their debut, The Fray released their self-titled second album in 2009, which continued their presence on the charts with songs like "You Found Me" and "Never Say Never."
