Thug Life was a hip hop group that consisted of Tupac Shakur, Big Syke, Mopreme Shakur (Tupac's stepbrother), Macadoshis, and The Rated R. The group formed in 1993 and is best known for their album "Thug Life: Volume 1," which was released on September 26, 1994. This album is notable for its raw and unfiltered look at street life and poverty, themes that were central to Tupac's work. Despite the group's short-lived career, Thug Life made a significant impact on the hip hop scene with their gritty narratives and honest representation of urban struggles. After the release of their only album, the group disbanded due to Tupac's rising solo career and his untimely death in 1996.
