Slam

Slam is a Scottish electronic music duo consisting of Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle. They are known for being influential figures in the techno music scene since their formation in the late 1980s. The duo co-founded the renowned record label Soma Quality Recordings, which has released much of their own material as well as tracks from other prominent artists in the techno genre. Slam has been credited with helping to shape the sound of UK techno, and they have gained international recognition for their DJ sets, production work, and remixes. Over the years, they have released several albums and a multitude of singles and EPs, becoming staples in clubs and festivals around the world.
