Scandroid is the synthwave project of Klayton, an American musician best known for his other projects such as Celldweller and Circle of Dust. Scandroid captures the essence of retro-futuristic soundscapes reminiscent of 1980s science fiction and cyberpunk, blending them with modern electronic music. Klayton, as Scandroid, released his self-titled debut album in 2016, which was well-received within the synthwave and electronic music communities for its authentic '80s vibe mixed with contemporary production techniques.
