My Indigo is a music project by Dutch singer-songwriter Sharon den Adel, who is best known as the lead vocalist of the symphonic metal band Within Temptation. The project was announced in 2017, and its self-titled album "My Indigo" was released in April 2018. The creation of My Indigo was a personal journey for den Adel, who started the project during a period when she was dealing with writer's block and personal issues that made it difficult for her to work on new material for Within Temptation.
