British Rock Keyboardist and Band

Ken Hensley was an English musician, best known for his work with the rock band Uriah Heep during the 1970s. Born on August 24, 1945, he was a multi-instrumentalist, playing keyboards and guitar, and was also a singer and songwriter. Hensley's contributions to Uriah Heep were significant; he wrote or co-wrote many of the band's songs and was a key figure in their classic lineup. After leaving Uriah Heep in 1980, Hensley pursued a solo career and collaborated with various artists.
