Thrash Metal Band

Harter Attack was a thrash metal band formed in the late 1980s by guitarist and vocalist Dan Lilker after his departure from the band Nuclear Assault. The band's style was characterized by a fast-paced and aggressive approach to metal, which was typical of the thrash genre during that era. Harter Attack released their debut album, "Human Hell," in 1989, which showcased their raw energy and heavy riffs. Despite not achieving mainstream success, Harter Attack contributed to the underground metal scene with their intense sound and politically charged lyrics. The band's lineup underwent changes throughout its existence, and they eventually disbanded after releasing a couple of albums. Dan Lilker went on to play in several other influential bands within the metal community, further cementing his status as a respected musician in the genre.
