Front Line Assembly is a Canadian electro-industrial band formed by Bill Leeb in 1986 after leaving Skinny Puppy, a group he had been a part of. Influenced by early industrial and EBM acts, Front Line Assembly has been known for its innovative approach to electronic music, incorporating elements of industrial, noise, and later on, elements of electronic body music (EBM). Throughout their career, they have been prolific in their output, releasing numerous albums that have contributed significantly to the genre's evolution.
