90s Alternative Rock Band Reunites for Tour

Kansas City based alternative rock band formed in Warrensburg, Missouri by Heidi Phillips, Gigi Holmes, and Julie Hicks. Frogpond initially existed from 1993-2000, primarily performing in the greater Kansas City region. Heidi Phillips and Justine Volpe re-formed the group in early 2021 and the band played their first performance at a private event on July 24 later that year. The band played its first public reunion show and released its new album, TimeThief, in November 2021.
