German Punk Rock Band

First Arsch is a punk rock band that is often noted for being the first band in which Till Lindemann, who later became famous as the lead vocalist of the German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein, played drums. The band was formed in Schwerin, East Germany, in 1986. They released their only album "Saddle Up" in 1992, which contained a mix of punk rock and hard rock songs. The band did not achieve significant commercial success and is primarily known due to Lindemann's later fame with Rammstein. After the release of "Saddle Up," First Arsch did not continue to have a prominent career in music, and its members went on to pursue other projects. Till Lindemann's success with Rammstein starting in the mid-1990s overshadowed his earlier work with First Arsch.
