Ensemble Gemma is a loosely based co-operation working with different singers depending on the program of the concerts and where the concert takes place. The participating singers are all educated and active on the early-music stage. The singers have all specialized in early music through their studies in France, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. They also work with other early music ensembles such as Diabolus in Musica, Dialogos, Musica Ficta, Ensemble Laude Novella and have performed in numerous European countries.
The ensemble also collaborates with museums in order to illustrate exhibitions and create soundscapes.
