Chris Farren is an American musician known for his solo career as well as being a member of the punk rock band Fake Problems and the indie duo Antarctigo Vespucci, alongside Jeff Rosenstock. Farren launched his solo career after Fake Problems went on hiatus, showcasing a blend of indie rock, power pop, and folk influences. His solo work is characterized by its earnest lyricism and inventive production. In 2016, he released his debut solo album "Can't Die," which was followed by "Born Hot" in 2019. Farren has been recognized for his unique approach to DIY promotion and merchandising, often incorporating his own sense of humor and personality into his music and public persona.
