French disco pioneer

Cerrone, born Jean-Marc Cerrone on May 24, 1952, in Vitry-sur-Seine, France, is a prolific and influential disco and electronic music producer and drummer. He rose to prominence in the 1970s with a string of successful albums and singles that helped define the disco era. His third album, "Cerrone 3: Supernature" (1977), is particularly notable for its title track, which became an international hit and has been widely regarded as a classic in the genre.
