Dutch pop band

BZN, short for Band Zonder Naam (Band Without a Name), is a Dutch pop group from Volendam that was founded in 1966. Initially, they started with a rock and roll-influenced sound, but over the years, they transitioned into a more pop-oriented music style. BZN is known for their harmonious vocal arrangements and catchy melodies. They achieved significant success in the Netherlands and beyond, particularly in the late 1970s and 1980s, with hits like "Mon Amour" (1976) and "Pearlydumm" (1980). The band's lineup changed several times throughout their career, but they remained popular in their home country and had a loyal fan base. BZN announced their farewell tour in 2006 and officially disbanded in 2007 after giving their final concert in Rotterdam. Their music continues to be celebrated by fans of the Dutch pop genre.
