As he did on his last album, "Versatile," the Northern Irish singer-songwriter takes on jazz. However, the blues is not neglected either. That's why he brought a special guest into the studio: the American organist and trumpeter Joey DeFrancesco. Together they recorded 15 tracks for the album "You're Driving Me Crazy". These include cover versions of well-known classics such as Cole Porter's "Miss Otis Regrets", Eddie Jones' "The Things I Used to Do" and Peter Chatman's "Every Day I Have The Blues". The new album also features new interpretations of his own songs from Van Morrison's extensive catalog, such as "Have I Told You Lately," "The Way Young Lovers Do," "Goldfish Bowl" and "Magic Time."
