However, he also receives support on the album: guitarist Jay Berliner makes several guest appearances and there is also a duet with Bill Medley of The Righteous Brothers ("Fame Will Eat The Soul"). The first single "Dark Night Of The Soul" reveals what "Three Chords And The Truth" sounds like. And it shows: even after more than 50 years, much can be expected from Van Morrison.
