V roce 2018 se však kvintet vrátil do studia společně. Zpěvák Syd a spol. mají v kufru nové, v pořadí již čtvrté album "Hive Mind".

The Internet na něj nahráli 14 nových skladeb, které jsou opět dokonalou fúzí soulu, funku, jazzu a R'n'B, trip-hopu a elektroniky.

Jak přesně "Hive Mind" zní, už kapela z Los Angeles odhalila v singlech "Roll (Burbank Funk)" a "Come Over".

A ukazují: The Internet v roce 2018 ještě více zdokonalili svůj vlastní sféricko-elektronický neo-soulový zvuk. "Hive Mind" je toho důkazem.
