In addition, Spiteri and her musical soulmate Johnny McElhone found each other as two first-rate songwriters. Texas is a breathtaking British success story that is far from over and has never sounded more alive than in 2017. "Jump On Board" feels like a rebirth and is an ecstatic affirmation of a lifelong belief in the power of pop music.
