Recorded in one take as a "live improvisation" at Ulver's Crystal Canyon studio, the sonic monolith "Terrestrials" contains only three epic tracks. These oscillate between dark ambient and doom borrowings, and upon repeated listens, condense into an elegant and expansive wall of sound, full of menacing, but that's why it's so mesmerizing, intensity.
