The perfect setting It's been 40 years since Queen played their legendary Christmas concert at London's Hammersmith Odeon - on 24 December 1975, broadcast live by the BBC. With the recording of 'A Night At The Odeon', the concert footage is given a more than worthy new presentation framework. It is now available as a CD, DVD, SD Blu-ray or double LP disc, as well as a limited Deluxe Edition with CD and DVD or CD and Blu-ray, or as a limited Super Deluxe Edition with a total of three CDs and a Blu-ray. All audio and video recordings have been fully restored. 'A Night At The Odeon' is released in a new sound mix in 5.1 stereo and surround sound, and the film's footage has been remastered using state-of-the-art technology. 'A Night At The Odeon' documents the final performance of the UK 'A Night At The Opera' tour and shows Queen at their musical best. That night they will play some of their biggest early hits including "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Killer Queen" and "Now I'm Here". In typical Queen style, there will also be pyrotechnics and a grand finale with balloons and confetti. In addition to the concert film, the DVD and Blu-ray contain additional special bonus material. These include "Looking Back At The Odeon", a 22-minute documentary with previously unseen interviews with Roger Taylor and Brian May. There's also rare film footage of a 1975 performance at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan, filmed live during the legendary Asian tour and featuring the songs 'Now I'm Here', 'Killer Queen' and 'In The Lap Of The Gods'.
