Each track is a remembrance of three confident and talented female artists who were pioneers in the late 1950s, particularly in the reinvention of women as musical performers." The release is accompanied by a brand new stereo mix by four-time Grammy winner Michael Graves and includes a new essay by Daphne A, author of "Liner Notes for the Revolution." Brooks.
