"In the Garden of Venus" is the sixth studio album by German synthpop duo Modern Talking. It was the last album they released before they broke up in 1987 (and reunited in 1998). Despite being one of their lesser-known albums, it was highly praised by fans.

A single was released, "In 100 Years...", a love song about someone who believes that people's lack of empathy and understanding could lead to a dystopian future where all feelings, including love, are illegal and stories of romance and humanity become a memory. "In the Garden of Venus" is full of poignant songs, uptempo and ballads, some of which are some of the best Modern Talking has produced.

Modern Talking is one of Germany's most popular bands and has sold over 120 million singles and albums in their career.
