The superstar's 15th LP album "Caution" is out now - with 18 U.S. number one hits by the most successful female artist of all time. The album was a long collaboration with various writers and producers and shows Mariah's usual lascivious R&B side. Her latest LP album Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse album was released in 2014 and reached number one on the US Billboard charts. Mariah Carey is the most successful female artist of all time, with over 200 million albums and a record eighteen US hit singles (17 of which are self-penned). She has won multiple Grammy Awards, 21 American Music Awards, Billboard's "Artist of the Decade" award, a World Music Award as the best-selling female artist of the millennium, and more. Her vocal range extends to five octaves, and she is a successful and award-winning songwriter and producer. Since 1990, her songs have made a mark on the pop music world and she has been featured in films such as WiseGirls (alongside Mira Sorvino), The Butler and Lee Daniels' Precious. In 2015, she launched an incredibly successful residency called Mariah Carey #1's at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, which ended in July 2017. The series, titled The Butterfly Returns, continued in July 2018.
