The most successful girl group of today released the first single "Woman Like Me" from their upcoming new album on October 12, 2018 - now the title and release date of the LP "LM5" has been confirmed. This will be the group's fifth album. Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall have spent the last year writing songs and recording in the studio. The foursome was supported by a team of top international producers and songwriters including Ed Sheeran, Camille Purcell, Jess Glynne, MNEK and Timbaland. The result is Little Mix's strongest album to date, which the girls themselves describe as "the album we've always wanted to make". As the special musical guest for the first single, the quartet brought none other than superstar Nicki Minaj into the studio! The song impresses with harmony vocals similar to Little Mix and elements of reggae/urban pop. The content is a coming-of-age song, with Jesy, Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie reflecting on their roles as women - in particular, the importance of being honest with themselves and making it clear to men that they need to accept a woman for who she is, with all her faults and flaws.
