It documents guitarist Shepherd and vocalist Noah Hunt backed by Double Trouble's well-rehearsed rhythm section - drummer Chris "Whipper" Layton and bassist Tommy Shannon. They are backed by veterans Buddy Flett and Bryan Lee. Vocalist Noah, sounding better than ever, has to retreat to the background for most of the album to make room for guest stars, Chicago legends Hubert Sumlin and Willie "Big Eyes" Smith, who deliver a stellar performance, with Kenny's backing fat strat tone shooting into the stratosphere! All in all, a plethora of excellent backing bands that made for a unique and great blues event.
