Successful return Three years after their last album "48:13", Kasabian returned from the studio in 2017 with a new album. "For Crying Out Loud" is the title of their sixth LP. Mastermind Serge Pizzorno wrote twelve new songs for it in just six weeks and eventually recorded them in his studio in Leicester; he also took on the production of "For Crying Out Loud" himself. The result is an album that, unlike its electronic predecessor, relies more heavily on the use of guitars. The British rock band previewed "For Crying Out Loud" back in March when they unveiled the almost unusually poppy and catchy first single "You're In Love With A Psycho". In addition to the standard CD and LP versions, "For Crying Out Loud" is also available in a deluxe edition with a CD album and bonus live CD. The latter contains a recording of the "Live At King Power Stadium" concert. An album for crying? With joy at best. Kasabian's new album "For Crying Out Loud" is a successful return to guitar music.
